If you want to make any change in order like(clothing size, shipping address or packing, etc) or cancel your order, the request must be sent via email to [email protected] within 2 HOURS of placing your order.

After 2 HOURS, all orders are final, including those in which you entered the wrong shipping address – NO REFUND will be allowed as we have already processed your order to that address.

 

RETURN POLICY

1. Unleashed Premium customers can return their order within 7 days of order delivery.
 
2. To confirm the return/exchange, clear pictures of the product needs to be shared with us with the tags intact for verification. All returns should be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging in one piece.
 
3. The product amount will be issued back as Unleashed Premium store credits that can be used later for further shopping with Unleashed Premium, once we have received the product and the quality check is done.
 
4. Shipping and COD charges are NON REFUNDABLE.
 
5. To self-ship your returns, raise a return request from the profile dashboard or contact the support team, and once your return is approved you can ship them to Unleashed Premium. The return address will be provided in the footer or you can send your return to H.no-1119A, Sector 23, Faridabad, Haryana,121005, you are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For returns, we recommend you to do it through a trustworthy courier service. Please share the shipping details on [email protected] with your Order ID mentioned and Name.
 
6. Note: For replacement or exchange, kindly follow the return procedure for the product you want to replace or exchange and then use unleashed premium store credits to place a new order. Items once replaced or exchanged are not entitled to another replacement or exchange.
 
7. For products without any manufacturing defect or fault from our end, we are NOT entitled to bear the return shipping charges and COD charges.
 
8. Only the purchased amount included tax will be refunded as an Unleashed Premium Store Credits to the customer account.
 
9. In the case of manufacturing defects, quality issues, or any other fault from our end, Customers are requested to share an image/video of the product received for verification purpose within 2 DAYS of the delivery. We can process a replacement or return only after the verification procedure is completed.
 
10. Extra Small size and sizes from 3XL and above, Mobile covers, Posters, and Coffee mugs are not eligible for a return/exchange as we custom make them on demand. Face masks, undergarments, perfumes, and neck gaiters are not eligible for returns/refunds due to safety and hygiene concerns.

 

REFUND POLICY

What are the terms and conditions for a refund or replacement?

1. You can ask for a refund or a free replacement when a fault is from our end against any of your orders within 7 days of its date of delivery, provided that the products are found to be defective or damaged. 

2. Already replaced/exchanged items are not acceptable for a return, refund, or exchange. 

3. All refunds will be credited to the Unleashed Premium store wallet which you can use for your future orders.

How long the refund procedure takes?

The refund procedure will begin within 24 hours once we receive your product. Once initiated, the unleashed premium store credit will be provided within 24 hours which can be used to place new orders.

I haven’t received my refund yet. What should I do?

1. We update our customers through emails and WhatsApp messages once we initiated the refund procedure.

2. If our last email states that we have initiated the refund process, kindly wait for the process to complete.

*Return, refund & replacement requests must be sent to us within 7 days from the delivery date. All requests after these 15 days will not be encouraged.

**We reserve all the right to refuse any returns if we determine that the merchandise/product does not qualify quality standards for a return.
